I finally took the time to visit Kegel to work on those aspects of my game that I felt were lacking - lane play and my mental game. I've been averaging 220+ for the last 4-5 years but felt that my bowling knowledge wasn't as good as it could be. After working with Joe and learning about using the "Quiet Eye" and the 3 point targeting system, I felt more confident in how to play the lanes as well as more mentally prepared to bowl on any condition. I learned more about the game then I thought was even possible! In fact the first night in league after training, I rolled a 792!
Since then, I have bowled on a few challenging conditions and even though my scores weren't really high, I felt that I was on my way to confidence anywhere I bowl.
