2008 Kegel Elite Team Member Elise Bolton was the 18 game qualifying leader, finished in the Top 16.
She was also 3rd in the Ebonite, Bowl to Win, 1 ball tournament

2009 Kegel Elite Team Member Joe May finished in the Top 16.  May was 5th after qualifying, 18 games.
May won the Ebonite, Bowl to Win, 1 ball tournament for the second consecutive year.

AJ Chapman, Manchester, Iowa, trained at the Kegel Training Center at the end of June.  Six weeks later, he made the round of 16.  Chapman was 6th after the 18 games of qualifying.  He was round 1 and 2 leader.

Advanced Camp 2009 attendee Brandon Hott earned his way into the Round of 32.

Advanced Summer Camp 2008 attendee Amanda Nordick, from North Dakota, qualified 21st.

Neishka Cardona, Puerto Rico, qualified 23rd.  Cardona trained at the Training Center in March of this year.
</description><link /><pubDate>11/24/2009 4:48:59 AM</pubDate></item><item><title>Michigan Bowler Rolls 846 3-Game Series After Training Center Visit</title><description>Michigan native Ernie Segura visited the Training Center on June 19th working with Master Teaching Professional Joe Slowinski for a 3-hour session.  Six weeks later he shot the lights out with games of 299-268-279 for an outstanding 846 series.  Since his visit, Ernie has been using the three-point targeting with quiet eye system.  In his big set, he also used a new bowling ball and layout recommendation from Coach Slowinski.  Specifically, Slowinski recommend an Ebonite Bash with a 70x4x70 drilling. 

</description><link>http://www.kegeltrainingcenter.com/V2/foNews.aspx?iKodHaber=10</link><pubDate>8/2/2009 12:31:56 PM</pubDate></item><item><title>Training Center Visits Help Puerto Rico Youth Bowler win 4 Medals at PABCON, Roll First Ever Tournament 300 Game</title><description>Cristian Azcona, Puerto Rico, dominated the U16 Boys division at the Panamerican Youth Championships in Bogota Columbia, held July 3 - 12, 2009.  He won four medals including a gold in All Events.  In Doubles, Azcona rolled the first ever 300 game in tournament history, averaging 227 for the event.  Azcona has trained at the Kegel Training Center twice in 2009, working with both Randy Stoughton and Joe Slowinski.

Who will go on to earning a spot on their national team or winning a major tournament.  Last Year's Advanced Camp Participants Achieved the following:
(*) Champion, North Point Insurance Singles
(*) All Events Champion, European Youth Championships 2009
(*) All Events Runner-Up, European Youth Championships 2009
(*) Finalists, Junior Gold 2009
(*) Semi-Finalists, Junior Gold 2009
(*) Finalists, USBC College Singles
(*) Bowling in the Finals of the Intercollegiate Team National Championship televised match
(*) More </description><link /><pubDate>8/2/2009 12:40:11 PM</pubDate></item><item><title>Our Own Vernon Peterson Wins PBA Regional Title</title><description>Spring Hill, Florida - Vernon Peterson, who runs the Kegel Connection Pro Shop at Cypress Lanes in Winter Haven, won the PBA Regional in Spring Hill, Florida, over the weekend.  Peterson, the 8th seed, defeated Richard MacDaniel (Coconut Creek, FL), the 7th seed, 239-236 in the final.  Peterson averaged 242 for 21 games, with a 7-1 matchplay record on the 35 foot cheetah pattern.  Congratulations Vernon!

In addition, Craig Hanson, a Kegel Batch Tester, averaged 238.5 for the weekend losing in the Round of 8.  Hanson ended qualifying in 5th position.
